Sheryl Attkisson of CBS News reports this evening that the first two days of the Obamacare website numbers are now known to the U.S. public, but were known to the Healthcare Administration:

  1. Hunt, Here is is almost 4 months later, and they still have there fingers in there ass. When I was in the Navy we had a term for this, It was called a Cluster Fuc…… , and I suspect that it’s still called that. There has got to be a better way, and I wish I was smart enough to share it. Please take care, Bill

PS — So ends October 2013, moving on to November, what am I going to do when I catch up. Take care

    • Yep, we still use that CF descripter, Bill. (!) – People and politicians want to believe there is a one shop, one stop answer to our problems – never mind what experience tells us to the contrary.

We are told that leadership and control research shows us that one person can handle no more than five to six reports (people who report to them specifically) – after that, stuff, important stuff begins to get dropped and very shortly after that, chaos and cracks in the foundation begin. I’m preaching to your choir, as you were a manager and know this to the tips of your fingers and toes, Bill. In addition, in completing any goal or project, we break it down into manageable parts, give a priority and then work to accomplish it. When the design shows problems or outright failure, you are not supposed to keep digging the darn hole – you are supposed to stop, reassess and determine whether to continue or STOP.

Okay, climbing off my step stool to my soap box – keeping in mind OSHA standards for safety and well-being…. argh!

Come talk with me...
